Building Surveyor - Joining a brand new office based close to Paddington station!
My client are an award-winning multidisciplinary firm, who pride themselves on their progressive and encouraging environment, now seeking a ground-hitting Building Surveyor to join their team of 10-15 in Central London.
This is an opportunity to join a social team, in a brand new state of the art office within walking distance of Paddington station, with organic progression.

Role and responsibilities
The successful Building Surveyor will have a dual role of 50/50 project to professional service line focus, working on a range of local authority, education, social housing and private residential properties, with schemes valuing up to £5M.
Person specification
This role will suit a driven individual, who works collaboratively in a small team, as well as being communicatively confident and enjoys running projects.
- MRICS qualified (Not essential)
- RICS accredited degree (Essential)
- Social housing, residential or public sector background would be advantageous
- Technically astute, with contract administration/ project management knowledge
