A friendly and close-knit Building Consultancy, are seeking a new addition to the team, from mid to Senior level Building Surveyor. This role is based in the popular SE London area, only 10 minutes away from the bustling Borough Market.

Role and responsibilities

As the successful Building Surveyor you will work across and service such a wide range of clients across London including commercial, education, residential and retail portfolios carrying out both project and professional driven duties.

• Contract administration
• Project Management
• Technical advise
• Feasibility studies

Person specification

• BSc/ MSc in Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS qualified would be desirable but not essential
• 3+ years' of consultancy background
• Strong mix of professional and project experience
