Building Surveyor

A prestigious independent property consultancy is seeking a knowledgeable Building Surveyor to join their compact and proficient team of four, based in London.

The Building Surveyor's role

This role offers an exciting opportunity for the right Building Surveyor to work on a variety of projects across London and the southern home counties, predominantly focusing on professional services in the commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.

As a Building Surveyor in this firm, you will be actively involved on-site, delivering expert advice and surveying services. You will handle a diverse range of responsibilities, from contract administration to reinstatement cost assessments and from planned preventive maintenance to dilapidations and party wall matters.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree.
• Ideally MRICS qualified or striving towards.
• Professional instruction bias and experience.
• Consultancy background and experience within the commercial space.
