Building Surveyor

A reputable and leading consultancy in Oxford is actively seeking a Building Surveyor with SC clearance to join their growing team.

The role is a critical addition to their team, providing essential expertise in the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of a varied property portfolio.

The Building Surveyor's role

• Conducting thorough site surveys and inspections to assess the condition of properties.
• Expert defect diagnosis and providing solutions.
• Involvement in the design and tendering processes for various projects.
• Managing a range of projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and maintenance works.
• Development monitoring to ensure projects meet specified guidelines and standards.
• Efficient contract administration to oversee project execution and compliance.

This position offers the chance to work on significant and impactful projects across multiple sectors, demonstrating the ability to handle sensitive and high-security projects, especially within the government and defence sectors.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• SC cleared (Must).
• MRICS accreditation.
• Strong project management skills with experience in new build, refurbishment, and maintenance projects.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders across various sectors.
