Building Surveyor

An expanding multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy, with a strong presence in the industry, is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their team in Oxford.

This consultancy is recognised for its comprehensive services across various sectors, including commercial, health, education, defence, and residential. This role offers not only a dynamic work environment but also a clear path for team leadership and natural career progression.

The Building Surveyor's role

• Preparing detailed specifications and documents for tender processes.
• Drawing and designing plans as per project requirements.
• Overseeing contract administration to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Planning, coordinating, and supervising a variety of projects across different sectors.
• Providing expert advice and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• Ideally MRICS accredited or equivalent years' experience.
• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying.
• Commitment to excellence and delivering high-quality services to clients.
• Aptitude for working across various sectors such as commercial, health, education, defence, and residential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of their work.
