Building Surveyor - Supportive team of 15, with fully funded APC support!

My client are a leading specialist practice, seeking a forward-thinking Building Surveyor to join their team of 15, based only a stone's throw away from Finsbury Square.

This is an opportunity that can offer the successful Building Surveyor, full APC training and support, whilst progressing on an interesting and varied portfolio of works across the commercial and residential sectors.

Role and responsibilities

As the chosen Building Surveyor, you will carry out the full range of core Building Surveying services, as well as being exposed to some fire type works.

• External cladding inspections
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Dilapidations
• Contract administration

Person specification

• BSc/ MSc in Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS qualified (Not essential)
• 3+ years' of consultancy background
• Well-rounded service line experience would be ideal
• Commercial and residential exposure
• Any fire related work would be desirable
