A premier Surveying and Fire consultancy, celebrated for their outstanding services across the UK, is on the lookout for a Building Surveyor to enhance their vibrant team of 15 in London.

The successful Building Surveyor's role

This distinguished firm are offering a broad spectrum of services, presents a thrilling opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work with an array of clients in both the commercial and residential sectors, aiming to provide unparalleled services.

Joining as the chosen Building Surveyor, you will dive into a variety of responsibilities such as conducting in-depth external cladding assessments, performing inspections, executing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), managing detailed dilapidations, and overseeing contracts.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., RICS accredited degree) are highly desirable.
• Ideall MRICS or keen to take the APC.
• Proven experience as a Building Surveyor in similar roles/ practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Fire safety experience would be a benefit but not essential.
