Building Surveyor

A highly esteemed Surveying and Fire practice, celebrated for their unparalleled expertise across the UK, is on the lookout for a Building Surveyor to enhance their vibrant team of 15 based in London.

The successful Building Surveyor's role

The chosen Building Surveyor will embark on a variety of responsibilities, encompassing external cladding assessments, in-depth inspections, and proactive planned preventative maintenance (PPM). This role will also encompass the management of detailed dilapidations and the adept handling of contracts from inception to completion.

The successful Building Surveyor will offer a wide spectrum of services to a stable portolio of clients across the commericial and residential sectors.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., RICS accredited degree) are highly desirable.
• Ideall MRICS or keen to take the APC.
• Proven experience as a Building Surveyor in similar roles/ practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Fire safety experience would be a benefit but not essential.
