Building Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary Nottingham-based Building consultancy are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their expanding Building Surveying team.

The Building Surveyor's role

As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be working as part of a small Building Surveying team that are involved in a variety of different sectors, including Commercial, Industrial, Education, Residential and Heritage. Current areas of work include Contract Administration, Condition Reports, Party Wall, Pre-acquisition reports and Dilapidations.

The successful Building Surveyor will have had some experience in the above aspects of Building Surveying and will ideally have a minimum of 5 years of Building Surveying experience.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS qualification ideally
• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
• Commercial mind
• Exceptional time management
• Communication skills - Both written and verbal
• Full understanding of health and safety requirements
