Building Surveyor

A vibrant construction and property consultancy is currently looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team in London.

The Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Building Surveyor will be responsible for a wide range of Building Surveying tasks, managing projects from their initial concept to final completion. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle.

As the appointed Building Surveyor, you will interact with clients across diverse sectors including commercial, private residential, industrial, retail, and offices.

Your responsibilities will include conducting pre-acquisition and condition surveys, preparing due diligence reports, managing dilapidations and party wall matters, as well as handling contract administration and project management duties.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS Qualified ideally or APC enrolled with 3+ years' consultancy background
• Client facing demeanor with commericial knowledge
• Strong written ability - Report writing skills
• Commericial property sector experience is necessary
