Building Surveyor

A dynamic construction and property consultancy is seeking a Building Surveyor to enhance their London-based team.

The Building Surveyor's Role

In this position, the successful Building Surveyor will undertake a variety of key Building Surveying duties, driving projects from their inception all the way through to completion, overseeing the entire project lifecycle.

As the chosen Building Surveyor, you will work with clients across a multitude of sector types, including commericial, private residential, industrial, retail and offices.

• Conducting pre-acquisition and condition surveys, compiling due diligence reports, and addressing dilapidations and party wall matters.
• Contract administration and project management tasks.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS Qualified ideally or APC enrolled with 3+ years' consultancy background
• Client facing demeanor with commericial knowledge
• Strong written ability - Report writing skills
• Commericial property sector experience is necessary
