Building Surveyor

A client-focused consultancy, based in London, are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team of Building Surveyors.

The Building Surveyor's role

As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be undertaking a number of duties, these include but are not limited to; contract administration, feasibility reports, party wall matters, project management, construction design, dilapidations, building surveys and preparation of specifications.

The successful Building Surveyor will be working mainly on commercial refurbishment projects including offices and residential conversions. You will need previous experience with work on existing buildings in urban locations - interiors and sensitive areas in particular.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS accreditation ideally
• 2+ years of PQE
• RICS degree educated
• Client focused and commercially minded
• Strong building pathology and technical knowledge
• Collaborative approach and good teamwork
• Experience in AutoCAD
• IT literate
