A reputable, multidisciplinary practice are seeking a predominantly project focused Building Surveyor to join there growing Essex based team.
The Building Surveyor's role
As the new Building Surveyor, you will sit primarily within the Project Management team, closely working with H&S to deliver projects on behalf of the clients. Your role will including developing schemes, estimating and funding applications, specifications and tenders, site visits, EA tasks and contract administration.
The successful Building Surveyor will work with a variety of clients, across education, healthcare, commercial and private residential sectors. You will receive full further support and training, with uncapped career progression opportunities.
The successful Building Surveyor will have?
- RICS, CIOB, PRINCE 2 or Association of Project Management practitioner
- A project surveying or project management background/interest
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Evidence of key client management
- 2+ years' experience within a similar role
- A full UK driving license
