An award winning firm of Chartered Surveyors is actively seeking a Building Surveyor to enhance their team at the thriving Welwyn Garden City office.

The Building Surveyors role

This esteemed firm delivers comprehensive services and insights to a varied clientele, including tenants, landlords, investors, funders, and developers across both the private and public sectors.

The incoming Building Surveyor will have a dynamic role, encompassing project management and residential surveys. Moreover, with the recent acquisition of three significant commercial projects, the role will extend to conducting surveys and managing dilapidations for these ventures.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS, AssocRICS or relevant years' experience
• Commericially minded with ability to manage clients
• CAD literate
• Clear communicator both written and verbal
• Clean driving license

• £45,000 - £65,000
