Building Surveyor

An ambitious Building Surveyor is now needed to join a flexible and successful consultancy in their Manchester office.

As the new Building Surveyor, you'll be joining a small to medium sized consultancy of 9 years, which is continuously growing practice with now 36 staff, who operate nationwide with Building Surveyors from Oxford up to the North of the country.

You will be providing and preferably have experience with a range of professional services including pre acquisition surveys, dilapidations, schedule of conditions and contract administration.

This consultancy pride themselves on their flexibility for a work/life balance and completely respect and support their members of staff in both aspects.

The Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualified (Not essential)
• Previous similar sized consultancy experience
• Professional bias
• Multisector project experience
• Have an ambitious attitude
• Strive for personal and professional progression

• £50,000 - £60,0000
