Building Surveyor

An award-winning firm of Chartered Surveyors, are now looking for a Building Surveyor to join their growing and supportive Welwyn Garden City office.

The Building Surveyor's role

As the new Building Surveyor, you'll be carrying out project management, residential surveys, and having just taken on 3 large commercial projects, you'll carry out surveys and dilapidations for them. This client offers a range of services and advice to tenants, landlords, investors, funders, and developers from both private and public sector.

The successful Building Surveyor will support junior Building Surveyors, with the look to eventually grow into a full management role, taking the responsibility of a few APC Surveyors.

The successful Building Surveyor will have

• MRICS/AssocRICS/MCIOB with experience + 4+ private practice background
• CAD literate
• Commercially minded and a strong communicator
• Full & clean UK driving license
• A mix of professional and project experience
