The Building Control Surveyor role

The successful Building Control Surveyor will be joining a dynamic and skilled team, contributing significantly to various projects.

The Building Control Surveyor will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough inspections and assessments to ensure building compliance.
• Providing expert advice on building standards and regulations.
• Collaborating closely with project teams to uphold the highest quality standards.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills.

The Building Control Surveyor

• A strong background in Building Control within a consultancy or local authority setting.
• In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with various stakeholders.
• A relevant degree or professional qualification (RICS, CABE, or similar).
