Due to maternity cover a Bid Coordinator is now needed in the team to support a leading construction consultancy, this position will be on a 12-month fixed term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
The Successful Bid Co-Ordinator will be based in the London office, with the possibility of flexible working.
This consultancy that was established in the 90's is now nationwide and operating from eight offices across the UK.
They provide various services including Project Management, Architecture and Building Surveying across different sectors.
The Bid Co-Ordinator will be using various methods to win their tenders and then working alongside their colleagues.
You will need to be fluent in Adobe Design as you'll be using this tool heavily within this position, alongside being able and prepared to complete the admin side of the role.
As the Bid Co-Ordinator you will preferably have a proven track record of winning tenders for professional construction consultancy.
The successful Bid Co-Ordinator will preferably have;
- Previous Construction consultancy experience
- Be fluent in Adobe In Design
- Relevant qualifications
- Understand and be comfortable with the admin side of this position
- Have a desire to want to grow
- Be happy to work within a team setting
- £30,000 - £40,000 Depending on experience
- 25 days + 8 bank holiday allowance
