Associate Quantity Surveyor

An esteemed Construction Consultancy based in Leeds is eager to welcome a driven and skilled Associate Quantity Surveyor to their expanding team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The incoming Associate Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with over 50 years of success in the industry.

The firm has continued to go from strength to strength and expanded significantly, growing from a team of 60 to over 180 professionals across six offices nationwide.

This consultancy prides itself on fostering organic growth and prioritizing ongoing professional development with tailored career plans. As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will be pivotal in the growth and development of the team, managing the Quantity Surveying team and mentoring junior surveyors.

The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will also act as Employers Agent, leading schemes across a variety of sectors such as Education, Higher Education, Blue Light/Local Authority, Retail, Residential, and Healthcare sectors.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

Will have:

• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
• Employers Agent/Contract Administration experience is highly desirable
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• Previous experience managing small teams is ideal
