Associate Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning, multidisciplinary Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to enhance their Bristol office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic team of 12, working across a multitude of sectors including Commercial, Education, Health, Heritage & Conservation, Hotel, Industrial, Residential, Sport, Leisure & Retail. There is no shortage of exciting upcoming schemes to get involved in.

Being a small team, this is a hands-on role requiring both project delivery as well as the management of the Quantity Surveying team.

The Partners are hoping to find an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor, eager to help them grow the Bristol QS team and continue to expand on their thriving presence in the region.

The incoming Associate Quantity Surveyor will receive uncapped opportunities for progression to Directorship and Partnership as well as share options. This role does not require immediate Business Development responsibilities, just the desire to grow into this role. The Partners are happy to help support & mentor a Senior QS in order to help you grow into an Associate role and the BD aspects of the role.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS ideally or currently working towards/committed to achieving
• A Strong QS background within a UK Consultancy
• Client Facing
• The desire to manage a team & help grow the QS team
• Ambitious with the desire to progress
