The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of a team that specializes in a diverse range of development projects. Collaborating closely with board members and partners, the appointed Associate Quantity Surveyor is poised for rapid progression to Partner level. The role spans a wide array of project types, including Office, Residential, Retail, Hotel, Health, Education, and Commercial sectors, with project values ranging from £2m to over £50m.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Construction related degree qualification
• MRICS qualified or committed to achieving
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• A desire to get more involved in business development
• The ability to lead construction projects from start to finish in excess of £20m
