A forward-thinking and dynamic Construction & Property Consultancy is actively seeking a proactive Associate Quantity Surveyor to enhance their successful Birmingham team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

In this engaging role, the appointed Associate Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of a dedicated commercial team, comprising 15 skilled professionals. This team, known for its hands-on approach, takes pride in efficiently managing a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors.

Key projects span various domains, including student accommodation, private residential, housing associations, healthcare, hotels, mixed-use developments, commercial banks, leisure facilities, and heritage-listed buildings.

This position is ideally suited for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who is encountering growth limitations in their current role and is eager to ascend to an Associate level. The role is tailored for individuals demonstrating a robust track record or aspiring to excel in business development, networking, work winning, and leading a dynamic team.

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to bring your expertise to the forefront, driving project success and contributing significantly to the company's growth and client satisfaction.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS ideally or near completion
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• A desire to get involved in business development & networking
• Proven background in a Senior role within a consultancy / PQS practice
