Associate Quantity Surveyor

An International Quantity Surveying Consultancy that has a talented, multi-disciplinary quantity surveying team in London, are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor with an EA or PM background who can take the lead of some high profile projects.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Partners of this team are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable carrying out a traditional QS/Cost Management role whilst being able to act as an EA/PM where appropriate.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor shall run large projects across the residential, life science, hotel, and student accommodation sectors as well as managing a team of up to 3 quantity surveyors/employers agents.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Is currently a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor
• PQS / Cost Management background (ideally UK)
• MRICS would be ideal, but not essential
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Good management skills
• Any EA or PM ability would be a bonus
