Associate Quantity Surveyor

A UK wide Property Consultancy with a close knit Quantity Surveying team in London, are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor who ideally has good public sector project experience.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be working across an array of government, education, and healthcare projects - ensuring they are delivered to a high standard whilst also supporting the Quantity Suveyors with the day to day delivery.

Additionally, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will help lead the Quantity Surveying team, manage clients, and support the Director in growing the team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor
• MRICS preferably
• Hold a RICS accredited degree
• PQS/Cost Management/Consultancy background
• Public sector project experience a plus
• NEC contract experience is a MUST
• Enthusiastic and eager to develop your career
