Associate Quantity Surveyor

A global, ambitious quantity surveying consultancy which retains that family-feel aura, are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor due to the growth of their central London office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering top end projects valuing upwards of £20m across the mixed use, data centres, residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors.

Alongside project delivery, the Associate Quantity Surveyor shall also manage a small team, helping to develop them, support them with their work, and their route towards MRICS.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS
• Strong experience within the Consultancy / Cost Management environment
• Experience of delivering projects valuing upwards of £20m
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• Client facing
• Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor
