Associate Quantity Surveyor

The Equity Partners of a Quantity Surveying consultancy in Surrey are seeking a personable Associate Quantity Surveyor with long term career ambitions to play an important role.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role for practice, acting as a middle management between the Partners and Quantity Surveyors within the practice.

Alongside this, the Senior Quantity Surveyor shall run projects within the top-end residential, education, and conservation sector, valuing up to £15m/£20m.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS
• 8+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Previous experience as a SQS or Associate QS
• Cost Consultancy / Cost Management work history
• A successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
• Car and driving licence
• Professional, well spoken, able to commute to the Surrey office
• Good management and people skills
