Associate Quantity Surveyor

A close knit, down to earth Quantity Surveying team situated within an established building consultancy are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to support the Quantity Surveying Director in London.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 5 quantity surveyors who work across an array of exciting projects for private investors and fund managers for well renowned companies.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the Director who will help develop your business development skills, and in return you will help him manage and mentor the quantity surveying team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or similar
• Cost consultancy / cost management experience
• Previous experience as an Associate Quantity Surveyor
• Strong technical knowledge
• Client facing
• Good management skills
• Hard working - eager to learn
• Comfortable working within a small team

In Return?

• £85,000 - £90,000
• 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
