Associate Quantity Surveyor

A specialist, London Cost Consultancy with an enjoyable working environment are seeking an intelligent Associate Quantity Surveyor as they strengthen their cost team to start the year.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work with the senior management team in preparing fees, managing clients, and supporting the junior quantity surveyors with their APC.

Additionally, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will lead and deliver multiple projects across the healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS)
• UK cost management / cost consultancy experience
• Healthcare or education project experience
• Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor
• Sociable, personable, client facing character
• Good management skills
