A top 10 Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a professional Associate Quantity Surveyor to work on £50m+ projects across London.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be part of a cost management team and help with the project delivery of schemes up to £500m, providing pre and post cost management services.

Project wise, the Associate Quantity Surveyor shall be working across a unique range of commercial office, student accommodation, residential, life science, and hotels.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Preferably chartered
• 6+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Work experience within a cost management / QS consultancy practice
• Pre and post contract experience
• Comfortable using CostX
• Able to deliver projects from inception to completion
