Associate Quantity Surveyor

A national, multi disciplinary construction consultancy are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor, or Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a step up, to join their Cheltenham office which continues to grow and win new work.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will be the lead Quantity Surveyor and mange their own projects including healthcare schemes, University projects, and commercial developments.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor shall also be part of a talented quantity surveying team who will support you, and vice versa, in delivering pre contract, contractual advice, manage costs, and attending client meetings.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying related degree
• UK cost management / consultancy, quantity surveying experience
• Pre and post cost management experience
• Willingness to support junior members of the quantity surveying team
