Associate Quantity Surveyor

A client, delivery focused Building Consultancy are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their experienced Quantity Surveying and Project Management team in London, Mayfair.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will be working purely on super prime residential projects across the UK, providing Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and at times Contract Administration services.

From day one, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work on a £75m+ refurbishment of a large country estate, as well as the conversion of an outhouse to a Michelin star restaurant and B&B.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS or similar
• Early stage cost planning experience
• Good cost control experience
• Comfortable carrying out a QS/PM role
• Confident communicating with private clients
