A continuously expanding Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor /Associate Director to play a leading role within one of their Quantity Surveying teams in London.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Partners are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor with Residential or Healthcare sector experience to support a Director.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will remain hands-on, providing pre and post cost management services.

You will predominantly oversee and manage the Quantity Surveying team, providing project direction, APC support, and mentorship.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Chartered, MRICS or above
• Healthcare or Residential sector experience
• Senior or Associate Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy
• Eager to manage a Quantity Surveying team
• Client facing
