A top tier Cost Management consultancy with a strong presence within the healthcare construction sector are seeking an Associate Director to support the Partner leading this division.

The Associate Director's Role

The successful Associate Director will be the lead Quantity Surveyor on a mix of new build and refurbishment healthcare projects across the private and public sector sphere.

The new Associate Director shall also manage a small team of Cost Managers who will support you with the day to day running of projects.

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager
• Healthcare sector experience
• Strong pre and post cost management experience
• Client facing
• Good management experience
• UK consultancy / cost management experience
