The Associate Director Building Surveyor role

The appointed Associate Director Building Surveyor will engage in a comprehensive role that spans the entire gamut of professional Building Surveying services.

Additionally, the position includes managerial responsibilities, notably in guiding Assistant Building Surveyors on their journey towards achieving their APC.

The Associate Director Building Surveyor

• MRICS chartered, reflecting a deep commitment to the highest standards of professional excellence and ethics in Building Surveying.
• A solid history of successfully overseeing a variety of Building Surveying projects, especially within the commercial, residential, and heritage realms.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a knack for mentoring and nurturing the development of junior team members.
• Outstanding communication skills, essential for establishing and maintaining robust client relationships.
• A strong sense of teamwork, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with peers across different disciplines to meet collective goals.
