The Associate Director's Role

The successful Associate Director will be a key figure in the Bristol office, bringing their expertise and leadership to a range of commercial projects. This role is not just about managing current projects but also about driving the growth and development of the team, including mentoring graduates and guiding them through the APC pathway.

• Leading and overseeing commercial projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Playing a pivotal role in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to graduates and team members, particularly in their journey through the APC pathway.
• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Bristol office through innovative and effective leadership.

Candidate Requirements

• MRICS qualification with substantial experience in the commercial sector.
• A proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
• Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing talent and building client relationships.
