Associate Director - Building Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Associate Director to join the well-established team of a Building Surveying Consultancy, based in Manchester.

The Associate Director role

This role entails a mix of project and professional work predominantly within the commercial sector focusing on dilapidations, party wall, technical due diligence, contract administration, condition surveys and defect diagnosis.

As the new Associate Director there will be the responsibility to manage and guide the team of Junior Building Surveyors and have involvement within business development and progression.

The Associate Director

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Project delivery and professional services experience
• Experience within a client facing role
• Able to oversee other members of staff
