A world renowned, Global Construction & Property Consultancy is actively seeking a motivated and client facing Associate Construction Project Manager to join their Manchester team.

The Associate Construction Project Manager Role

The new Associate Project Manager will join a dynamic team of 16 project managers working on a plethora of projects - with a particular focus on the Public and Education sectors - typically managing projects from £1m - £15m+

Whilst these sectors are their busiest, the firm is actively targeting new markets and areas of business, so there is a lot of scope for project diversity in the long run.

The incoming Associate Project Manager will benefit from a very flexible, hybrid working policy joining the team in the office typically 2x days a week, taking lead on multiple projects and leading those to completion.

This could be the perfect opportunity for a Senior Project Manager, from a Construction background, who feels they've hit a ceiling in their current role and is ready to take the next step to Associate. Or, an established Associate eager to join a market leading, Global firm and establish themselves in order to progress long term.

The Associate Construction Project Manager

The successful Associate Project Manager will be hands on, client facing and capable of working both independently (due to the flexible nature of the role) and a part of the wider team. Alongside this, you will have:

  • Previous Project Management experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
  • A RICS accredited degree qualification is highly desirable
    • Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying etc
  • Should be accredited by RICS, APM, CIOB, or currently working towards
  • JCT or NEC experience (training can be provided)
  • A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion through all RIBA stages

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

  • £65,000 - £75,000
  • Car allowance
  • Professional membership fees paid
  • Pension
  • 28 days annual leave + bank holidays (option to buy/sell additional days)
  • Pension
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • Life assurance
  • Support with Chartership / professional development
  • Private healthcare
  • Social events
  • Health and wellbeing options
