Associate Construction Project Manager

A dynamic, fast growing Construction & Property Consultancy in Nottingham is looking to add a client facing Associate Director, from a Construction Project Management background to their team.

The Associate Construction Project Manager Role

The incoming Associate Project Manager will join a flexible, family feel company working within a close-knit team closely alongside the Directors & Partners, in a hybrid working capacity, typically in the office 2-3 days a week.

Working in a highly client facing role, focusing on project delivery and account management of a high-profile client.

The focus of this role is to maintain and secure repeat business from this particular client and framework, which is due to come to an end next year. The goal, to retender and secure the framework for the following years.

The successful Associate Project Manager will ideally have experience managing client accounts & working in a client facing role.

The Associate Construction Project Manager

The ideal Associate Project Manager will enjoy working in a friendly and dynamic environment, be eager to work autonomously within a flexible firm and help grow this client account long term.

You will also possess:

• MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM or currently working towards ideally
• Holds a BSc or MSc in Construction related field
• Previous experience in a Project Manager role within a UK Consultancy, ideally operating at a senior level
• Previous account management / client facing experience

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £65,000 - £75,000
