An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Construction Project Manager to join a growing, leading UK-wide Consultancy based in London.

This role is ideal for a professional ready to take on a project delivery-focused position with a strong management and residential background.

The Associate Construction Project Manager Role

As the Associate Construction Project Manager, you will be second in command, playing a pivotal role in the delivery of new projects. Your responsibilities will be centred around three key Student Accommodation schemes, valued at £20m, £50m, and £80m respectively.

This role demands a client-facing approach, requiring exceptional management skills to drive these projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the second in command in project delivery, overseeing significant Student Accommodation projects.
• Providing leadership and direction in the management of these major schemes.
• Engaging directly with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Contributing to the team's success, with a focus on residential projects.
• Business development skills are beneficial but not a primary requirement for this role.

The Associate Construction Project Manager

• RICS, APM, CIOB accredited (desirable)
• Experience in a similar role within a construction consultancy environment.
• A solid background in a management position
• Extensive experience across residential projects.
• Proven track record in successful project delivery, particularly in high-value schemes.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Business development experience is helpful but not essential.
