The Associate Building Surveyor role

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional surveying services across a variety of sectors, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Actively engaging in business development activities to foster growth and bring in new client opportunities.
  • Managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to the strategic planning and direction of the Building Surveying team in Liverpool.

The Associate Building Surveyor

  • MRICS qualified with substantial experience in a building surveying role within a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise across a broad range of sectors, with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in each.
  • A proven track record in business development and client management, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a commitment to developing others and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building robust relationships with both clients and colleagues.
