Associate Building Surveyor

An innovative and client focussed Chartered Surveying practice are wanting to add an Associate Building Surveyor to their Bristol team.

The Associate Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be an instrumental part of the business, with a proven track record in winning new business and maintaining client relationships, with the possibility of bringing clients with them.

The key skill set for the Associate Building Surveyor will include technical due diligence, dilapidations, party wall, project management and contract administration. Working across a range of sectors but mainly within the commercial sector.

The Associate Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualified
• Minimum of 8 years Building Surveying experience
• Proven management experience
• Track record of winning new business
• Transferable client(s) to bring over

• Salary between £65,000 and £80,000
