Associate Building Surveyor

A leading building consultancy, renowned for its broad portfolio of projects, is currently seeking a dynamic Associate Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team in the heart of London.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be a professional who is not only proficient in the technical aspects of building surveying but also possesses the charisma and acumen to be client-facing, with a keen eye for winning work or showing the potential to do so.

As the Associate Building Surveyor, you'll work on a diverse client portfolio, including but not limited to offices, laboratories, and warehouses, offering a rich variety of challenges and learning opportunities. You'll carry out the full range of building surveying services, from CA/PM/EA duties to dilapidations, surveys, development monitoring and relocation management.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have?

• RICS accreditation.
• Extensive experience in building surveying within a consultancy environment.
• Strong technical ability, as well as client facing qualities and work winning experience.
• Demonstratable experience with a versatile client portfolio.
• Self motivated and able to work under their own steam.
