Associate Building Surveyor

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor with a dynamic blend of hands-on expertise and client engagement skills, ideally suited for someone eager to work in sectors such as education, commercial, public buildings, and investment.

The Associate Building Surveyor's role

As an Associate Building Surveyor in this esteemed consultancy, you will have a diverse and engaging role. Your responsibilities will not only include hands-on surveying tasks but also extend to close collaboration with clients, generating new business, forecasting, and effective team management.

You will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships and contributing to the growth and success of the consultancy.

• Leading and managing a range of building surveying projects.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities.
• Active involvement in strategic planning, forecasting, and team management.
• Delivering a variety of service lines with a focus on project-based work.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS qualifed.
• A relevant degree within Building Surveying or Property related (RICS accredited).
• A deep passion for building surveying, with a track record of success in similar roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in team management.
• The ability to balance hands-on surveying with strategic business responsibilities.
