A distinguished Building Surveying consultancy is actively seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to enhance their London office team.

The Associate Building Surveyor's role

This opportunity places the Associate Building Surveyor in a pivotal position within a dedicated team that predominantly serves the public sector.

The consultancy's project portfolio is diverse, encompassing educational facilities, residential developments, public buildings, and community spaces, with established connections to local authorities, county councils, and housing associations.

• Leading on schemes, contract administration and project management duties.
• Dilapidations negotiations.
• Technical due diligence.
• Various building surveys.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS accreditation
• BSc/ MSc in Building Surveying or a RICS accredited degree
• 10+ years of Building Surveying experience
• Previous management experience would be beneficial
• Effective communication, both written and verbal
• Full clean driving license.
