A leading global Building Surveying practice is currently seeking an adept Associate Building Surveyor to join their growing London team.

The Associate Building Surveyor's role

The newly appointed Associate Building Surveyor will become an essential part of a dynamic team, delivering a broad spectrum of commercial consultancy services to a diverse and prestigious client base, including investor clients across various sectors.

Key responsibilities for this Associate Building Surveying position will include, drafting and negotiating schedules of dilapidations and exit strategies, formulating planned preventative maintenance plans, and overseeing the coordination and delivery of extensive portfolios of reinstatement cost assessments.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have?

• RICS accredited with a degree in Building Surveying or (RICS) degree.
• 3+ years' of consultancy or private practice experience.
• Professional service line bias or experience.
• Client facing and commericially minded.
