Associate Building Surveyor

An Associate Building Surveyor is needed to join a Building & Property Consultancy's expanding Manchester team.

The Associate Building Surveyor's role

As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you will be supporting the Building Consultancy team on professional and project work across sectors including commercial, residential, schools and hospitals.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be involved within business development including bringing in new work, managing client relationships and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS (Preferred)
• 2+ years' experience in a consultancy
• Previous management experience or desire to
• Professional services experience
• Design and specification experience would be beneficial
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• Time and diary management
• Driving license
