Associate Building Surveyor

A well-regarded real estate consultancy are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to join their professional services team, in their Central London office.

The Associate Building Surveyor's role

The Associate Building Surveyor will be working on the full range of Surveying services with a particular focus on dilapidations, TDD and project work. With schemes across the luxury real estate, commercial, office and education sectors, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most notable buildings across London.

As the successful Associate Building Surveyor, you will join a growing and sociable team, collaborating with the other professionals in the office. Your responsibilities will include involvement in new recruits, growing the Building Surveying team and managing junior Building Surveyors with their APC progression.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS accreditation + private practice/consultancy background
• Particular focus or interest in dilapidations, TDD work
• Strong report writing
• Clear communication - with written ability
• Good knowledge of real estate markets
• Be well presented and client facing
• Commericially minded

• £70,000 - £85,000
