Assistant Site Manager - Surrey - High End Residential - Start before Christmas

An ambitious, trusted and well regarded Main Contractor / Developer is seeking a Working Assistant Site Manager who has experience of working in the High End Residential Construction sector.

The Assistant Site Manager Role

The successful Assistant Site Manager will be based in surrey where all the projects take place in various prestigious parks within and surrounding Surrey.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site with assistance from the Project Manager and a family of well established Sub Contractors who know the end product very well.

You will be put through a crane course and be expected to operate the crane when necessary.

Projects are entirely focused on building one off, High End, luxury mansions between 5 - 10000 SQFT.

This is a fantastic opportunity into Site Management where your progress will be fast tracked.

The Working Assistant Site Manager - Requirements

• Construction Experience
• High End Residential Experience is beneficial
• Good communication skills
• A Carpentry background is beneficial
