An award winning, independent development and construction consultancy is looking to add a bright and enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Preston.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join an innovative, dynamic team working on projects across all sectors of the build environment including Residential, Education, Health, Leisure, Student Accommodation, Commercial and Retail.

The incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will receive uncapped opportunity for career progression. The senior management team encourage continuous development and can offer strong support with Chartership via their internal APC Programme.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:

• QS Experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• Basic pre & post contract experience
• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Valid UK driving license
