Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A multidisciplinary Property & Construction Consultancy, with 11 offices nationwide, is looking to add an ambitious, enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic Manchester office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join an established commercial team of 15 with a fantastic culture and many social events, and the multi-disciplinary nature of the office means you are interacting with lots of different, interesting and friendly people each day.

The Manchester office has had tremendous, sustained growth with project wins, turnover and number of people - having nearly doubled their headcount in the past few years.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will receive unrivalled industry exposure working across a broad variety of projects including Education, High End Residential, Police, Healthcare, Prisons, Commercial and more!

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Experience:

• RICS accredited degree qualification
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
  • Basic Pre & Post Contract experience is ideal
• Valid UK Driving License
• The desire to work towards APC and obtain chartership
